KUSAM-MECO has a full range of AC Power Transducers. These Transducers are used for accurate Measurement of electrical Parameters, remote monitoring & automation. The Transducers are suitable for AC Sinusoidal & TRMS inputs with very high accuracy (0.2%) & – (0.5%). They have high Dielectric strength 2.6 KV AC / min between Input / Output / Power case. These Transducers
72hours ageing at 60°C to ensure reliability & repeatability of the readings. The TRMS Transducers give accurate readings even for distorted wave.
AC Current Isolated Sensor Two-wire/ Four Wire Transducers:
AC Current Isolated Transducers is a combination of Current Transformer & Current Transducers . it is available in 2 Models-TSCT for RMS conversion, TFCT for True RMS conversion. The primary current rating available is 5,10,15,20,30,40,50,75,100,150,200,250,300 & 400 AMPS. The Output available is 4-20mA DC or 5-40V. The accuracy is 0.5% R.O. It has Transient Protection 6KV. Besides the above current sensor, other Transducers available are for AC current , AC Voltage , Watt or Var, combined Watt & Var, Watthour or Varhour, combined Watt & Watthour or Var & Varhour, Power Factor & Frequency.
KUSAM-MECO AC Current Transducers accepts input current upto 0-10AMPS. Various types of input such as 1unit avg., 3 unit avg., 1 unit TRMS, & 3 unit TRMS conversion are available. KUSAM-MECO AC Voltage Transducers has input Voltage upto 600V. These Transducers has input of 1 unit avg., 3 unit avg., 1 unit TRMS., 3 unit TRMS conversion.
KUSAM-MECO WATT or VAR Transducer is available for 1 phase 2 wire, 3 phase 3 wire, or 3 phase 4 wire circuits. Input voltage is 220 V; (L-N) input current is 5A, frequency is 50 Hz. These Transducers available for Uni-direction & Bi- Direction measurements. KUSAM-MECO WATT & VAR Transducer combined can be connected for 1 phase 2 wire, 3 phase 3 wire, 3 phase 4 wire circuit, input voltage is 220 V (L-N) Input Current is 5A, frequency is 50 Hz, and these transducers are available in Uni Direction & Bi- Direction measurement.
KUSAM-MECO WATT HOUR or VAR HOUR Transducer are suitable for use in 1 phase 2 wire, 3phase 3 wire, 3 phase 4 wire circuit, input voltage is 220 V (L-N), input current is 5 A, frequency is 50 Hz output is WH / 10 pulse & QH / 10 pulse. Watt hour Uni Direction, & Watt hour Bi Direction & Var hour Bi Direction are available.
KUSAM-MECO WATT / WATT HOUR or VAR / VAR HOUR Transducer are suitable for use in 1 phase 2 wire, 3 phase 3 wire, 3 phase 4 wire circuit, input voltage is 220 V (L-N), input current is 5 A, frequency is 50 Hz, W (VAR) & WH (VARH) output is WH / 10 pulse & QH / 10 pulse Watt / Watt hour Bi Direction & var / varhour Bi Direction Transducer are available. KUSAM-MECO POWER FACTOR Transducer is suitable for 1 phase 2 wire, 3 phase 3 wire, 3 phase 4 wire circuit, input voltage 220 V, input current 5A, frequency is 50 Hz. KUSAM-MECO Frequency Transducers are suitable for 1 phase input range 110 V / 220V AC. The input nominal frequency is 50/60/100 Hz. The frequency band available is ± 1,2,3,5,10 Hz. All the above Transducers are available with output 0-10 mA DC, 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA, 0-5 V, 1-5 V, 0-10 V DC.
All above Transducers are available with auxiliary power AC 110/220 V, AC 220 V, DC 22-72V, AC/DC 85-265 V. AC current Transducers are also available self-powered mode. The Transducers are Housed in fire retardant self-extinguishing plastic to UL 94 class V-O casing. The Transducers are DIN RIL mounting with very high surge protection of 5KV.
