Robotic welding automates the welding process to increase accuracy, safety and reduce the time which is needed to complete the process. Most commonly robotic welding used for metal joining in terms of ARC welding, Laser welding, Spot welding etc.,

AUBO Cobot welding model welded parts better, faster, reduced time and mainly cost effective. And it is easy to operate in linkage mode, since welding applications invented cycle time of operation is increased, AUBO Cobot welding application mostly involved in Arc welding remaining fewer percent in laser welding.

AUBO Cobot are designed to work along with humans, while during welding applications, operator(human) also engaged with Cobot and eased to done welding applications. It has advanced safety features such as speed limitations, power, and force, 10 level of collision detection function, it will shut off the machine during collision. And we have safety inputs, by using scanner we can slow down or stop the Cobot while person entry in the welding zone.

We have 7 models based on Pay load started from 3Kg to 20Kg, with repeatability of +/- 0.02mm and high accuracy, we can easily transport AUBO Cobot from one place to another and installation takes less time, it has simple programming, and we can easily do a program part. AUBO Cobot body part is made up of aluminium material and it can withstand temperature rage 0-50 degree Celsius. And it has IP54 IP classification, so it can work in moderate dust conditions.
