A&I: Please brief us about your role and job profile at “EXOR-INDIA”
Being the General Manager of Exor India, I am responsible for managing the entire operations of the Indian business unit, such as sales, support, back office, accounts, admin, import and export, P&L, and so on. I aim to achieve the strategic objectives for India division and teams by establishing operational plans and budgets. I monitor employees to ensure they execute their tasks efficiently throughout. I collaborate with respective managers to make sure employees meet their functions and company expectations with set standards and timelines. Here, I have to acknowledge and appreciate that I have a fantastic team to handle the daily operations.
