The optical composite image level / MICRO LEVEL is widely used in measuring the gradients of flat surface and cylindrical surface to horizontal direction; The plane ness and straightness of slideway or base of machine tool or optical mechanical instrument as well as the correctness of installing position of equipment.
Product Description:
Optical Composite Image Level, mainly consists of the micrometer measuring screw, lever systems, standards, optical prisms and a V-shaped base composition working plane and other components, as shown in Figure . Standards rack installed on the bottom plate of the lever. Its horizontal position is adjusted the micrometer srew and lever system,which is through the knob plate. The bubble arc inside the standards,use the three different location prism reflect to observation window. divided into two half-images.using the optical principle, make the bubble composite enlarge(zoom 5 times),to improve the reading accuracy, and through the lever mechanism improve the sensitivity and increase the measuring range.
This precision bubble is intended for very precise angular measurements. It serves to tilt tests and is mainly used in precision machine when highest demands on straightness and angular accuracy. The coincidence-spirit level can also be used for testing of stop angles, protractors, levels, etc., and is also suitable for testing and measuring the flatness of surfaces with inclinations of up to ± 10 mm / m.
The rugged housing protects the spirit level from damage and normally occurring temperature fluctuations. A prismatic groove in the bottom of the coincidence Spirit level allows the use of the device even with cylindrical surfaces. Spirit level requires lubrication and calibration.
