“KUSAM-MECO” PROGRAMMABLE DIGITAL PANEL METERS

KUSAM-MECO offers a very large range of highly accurate and stable Digital Panel Meters. These Meters display the input signals which are programmable as per customer’s requirements. These instruments find application for display, control & feedback signals for Automation systems such as PLCs SCADA & DCS systems.  The Digital  Panel  Meters  have 5 digits display ± 19999 counts.

The basic accuracy of these meters is ± 0.15% F.S each instrument under goes 72 hours ageing at 60°C to  ensure  reliability  &  repeatability  of  the  readings.  The  Panel  Meters  are  available  in  DIN  size  96 X 48mm. The Panel Meters are available with Average & TRMS measurement.  The input signals which can be measured are AC Voltage, AC Current (single display & 3 displays for 3 phase measurement), Watt & Var, Watthour & Varhour, Watt / Watthour meter, Var / Varhour meter, Power Factor, Frequency, DC Voltage, DC Current, DC Power & Energy, Load Cell, Strain Gauge, RPM, Speed, Pulse, Length, Fluid, Potentiometer, Level, Position, Flow, RS-485.  The output signals available are 4-20mA, 0-10V, 1-5V & RS485 etc.  The Panel meters can be supplied with 2 Alarms settings & 4 Alarm settings Hi-Lo, Hi-Hi, Lo-Lo settings.  For high-low settings the delay time can be set 0-999 sec. The Auxiliary supply options are AC-110/220V, DC 22-72V, AC/DC 85-285V. The response time is ≤1 sec. It is fully protected against open or short circuit. The Transient protection is 5KV (1.2X50m). The housing material is made from fire resistant plastic non-combustible PC product compliance with UL 94 class V-O.
