“KUSAM-MECO” SIGNAL TRANSMITTER

“KUSAM-MECO” has introduced a full range of Signal Transmitters. Transmitters convert DC signals to DC signals and are used in PLCs, SCADA & DCS systems. They convert input signals like DC Volts, Thermocouple outputs, RTD outputs, Frequency  etc. to DC. 4-20 mA or 0-10 V for further Control function in Automation systems.

The transmitters have features like high accuracy (0.1%). Input / output user selectable, high Dielectric strength (AC 1.5 KV / Min. between input / output/ power), high linearity & repeatability, fast response time, low ripple, available with display and without display and Digital output signal & alarm setting function, available with single or dual inputs / outputs. Each transmitter undergoes 72 hours ageing at 60  degree C to ensure repeatability in readings over a long period of time.  “KUSAM-MECO” Transmitter are available in six types i.e. DC ISOLATING Transmitter, CURRENT LOOP SUPPLY ISOLATING Transmitter, RTD ISOLATING Transmitter, THERMOCOUPLE ISOLATING Transmitter, FREQUENCY TO DC ISOLATING Transmitters  & POTENTIOMETER / LEVEL / POSITION Transmitter.

* KUSAM-MECO DC ISOLATING Transmitter has various input such as 20 mA/ 10 V, 4 ~ 20mA;… output is 4 ~ 20mA & 0 ~ 10 V. The Aux. Power supply is AC 85 ~ 265 V or DC 85 ~ 300 V. This Transmitter is available with single output & Dual output.

* KUSAM-MECO Current Loop Supply Isolating Transmitter accepts input of DC 4 ~ 20 mA EXT DC 24 V, & the output is 0 ~ 20 mA or 0 ~ 10 V.

* KUSAM-MECO RTD Isolating Transmitter is available in 2 models, single output & Dual output. It’s input is PT 100 OHM 3 wire = 100  ~ 400 degree C/ – 150 ~ 800 degree F, output is DC 4 ~ 20 mA or 0 ~ 10 V DC.

* KUSAM-MECO Thermocouple Isolating Transmitter has 2 model one is single output & another is Dual output. It’s input is for K – Type – 270 ~ 1370 degree C/ – 520  ~ 2500 degree F & for E Type – 270 ~ 800 degree C / -520 ~ 2500 degree F, & its output ( 1) is ~ 20 mA or 0 ~ 10 V, output (2) is 0 ~ 20mA or 0 ~ 10V or 4 – 20mA.

*KUSAM – MECO Frequency to DC Isolating Transmitter models are available with single output & Dual Output. This transmitter’s input are open collect, voltage pulse, relay  contact, output 1 & 2 are 0 ~ 20 mA & 0 ~ 10 V.

*KUSAM-MECO Potentiometer / Level / Position Transmitter’s are single output & dual output. In this Transmitter input is 200 Ohm 10 K ohm & output for 1 & 2 is 0 ~ 20 mA & 0 ~ 10 V.

All the Transmitters have Non- combustible PC casing, compliance with UL 94 class V – 0. The transmitters are available in DIN Rail Mounting.
