From 2011 to 2015, we really focused on expanding our customer reach. In 2016, we launched the eSMART series, which is a cost-effective HMI solution specifically tailored for the Indian market. By 2017, we had expanded our regional sales teams and channel partners across major Indian cities, which helped us enhance our market reach and customer support. During this period, post 2011, we also introduced the JMobile Configuration Software, which revolutionized the user experience with advanced HMI programming capabilities.
The period from 2017 to 2020 was marked by technological advancements and establishing market leadership. In 2017, we rolled out the eX700 IIoT Controller, integrating IoT capabilities with HMI solutions, aligning with Industry 4.0 trends. By 2019, we had achieved significant market penetration in sectors like industrial automation, marine automation, and building automation. And in 2020, we were recognized for our excellence in HMI solutions, with a growing customer base and a reputation for innovation and reliability.
The recent years have been exciting too. At EXOR, we continue to innovate with new product launches and enhancements, riding on which we have maintained a strong CAGR of around 29% over the last 10 years.
